Error 403 - Forbidden

Hello all,

I begin with Piwik and I have any an error !! style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif

I have downloaded Piwik and extract on my folder /var/www/piwik

When I try to go on the URL : http://myserverweb/piwik/

i have the error 403 - Forbidden

Why ? and how resolved this problem …

I’m guessing the file permissions don’t match up with the user id under which your web server is configured. You probably should set Apache’s User directive for your piwik directory. Check Apache’s error.log for more details.
