Hi All,

I have the same issue as the one mentionned here in this ticket (update-error-incompatible-archive-noname-17-filename-tmp-latest-piwik-is-already-used-by-an-existing-directory) :

while updating automatically from 5.5.1 to 5.7.1..

The message is

Erreur de mise à jour: Archive incompatible : NoName (-17) : Filename matomo/tmp/latest/matomo/ is already used by an existing directory

Thanks for your help…

Deleting the content of directory matomo/tmp/latest/matomo/

before running the update, did solve the issue…
