Empty page

After I have updated piwik I get an empty page after successfully login.
If I enter wrong login credentials I get an error message. When the credentials are correct I get an empty page.

  • What could be the reason for this?

Can you access error.log(s) and have a look in there? A white page is usually caused by a Fatal Error + display_errors = false. Have a look at the logs and either fix the issue or post relevant lines here.

No error supression is active - normally the errors, warnings and notices should be shown.
This is a normal webspace on which this error occures - I have no shell access.
I can access an error.log-text file in the log directory via ftp. - However - the log file doesn’t contain anything piwik-related and no new piwik-related entries are added to it.

How can I solve that error? - It’s a fresh installation.

I get the same problem on my piwik server after a sucessful login an empty page is displayed I just updated to the new version 1.0
