Ecommerce report missing some purchases

I use matomo as a google analytics replacement and so I set up both ecommerce tracking and a google ads conversion tracking equivalent. (My conversion tracking is event tracking helps me see sign in, purchases etc., where my ecommerce gives me products and revenue.) My conversion tracking for purchases matches what my database is telling me, but my ecommerce is missing about 30-40% of revenue. I’m pretty sure that they are set up in similar manners. Also when I test with my visitors log the conversions always show up, but sometimes revenue is missing.

What could be going on? Any suggestions? I’m wondering if maybe the code is set up fine but the ecommerce tracking is taking too long to load? Let me know if anybody else has dealt with this problem.

I was doing some testing with my developer on this and realized that once we removed the event tracking the ecommerce reports began to track again with accuracy. Has anybody else experienced that when both event tracking and ecommerce tracking or being run?
