it seems that matomo is not tracking all pageviews on our page.
We implemented some internal tracking next to matomo and it seems that the pageviews from our internal tracking are much higher that the values in matomo (sometimes 5 times higher).
Are there any known issues or similar problems with that? Does anyone has an idea whats the reason for this?

Do you know if there is some typology of trackings that are nor tracked? (eg browser, date/time, location, etc.)

I set “do not tracked” to disabled and will compare the values again in some days.

No. We don’t have such data in our internal tracking so I don’t have any idea which pageviews are not tracked.
I also don’t see any tracking failures.
