Does first visit or last visit win in conversion tracking?

Hi Guys,

If I have a visitor initially arrive via a search engine referral on day 1 and does not convert, but then returns 7 days later from a link in a campaign and then triggers a conversion, where will the conversion appear in the “Conversions overview by type of visit” report (The conversions by Referrer type) report?
