currently under /index.php?module=PrivacyManager&action=privacySettings there are global settings to cut off the ip address etc.
Is it possible to have 2 global settings available? So if a consent of tracking informations are given on a website, that another set of defaults are used and e.g. the full IP is tracked?
By default it should be e.g. cut of 2 digits, but if a user gives me the consent it would be great to track the full IP etc.

Currently there is no option to set that per request.
But it is recommended to anonymize the IP addresses even with an opt-in according to the point of data minimization during processing according to the GDPR. Alternatively, the user ID could also be used if additional information is required:
