Database size problem: Better delete reports or logs? Possible to change method?

There might be a bug in the current Matomo version that causes reports to be duplicated in the database and therefore taking up a lot of space:

Hello fellow matomo fans, In advance I want to apologize in case this is a duplicate question. I couldn’t find any answers to my questions via search. I’ve got the problem, that the archive_blobs for some months are getting absolutely huge. There where no major changes to the amount of visitors tracked in these months.
