Data stop showing up

Hello, After few days waiting, I decide to ask question here. I email support but no reply. Okay, I receive an update at July 1st, after update I not able to see my data as usual. I was working fine before. So the visitor counts is not active since july 1st. Do you know what’s the problem?

I did using “Embed your stats in your website!” method. Let me know thanks.

If you’re a HostGator customer, you’ll have to open a ticket with them and request that they whitelist your domain(s), as they introduced new mod_security rules which break a number of applications, including Piwik.
