Certain page searches within the Pages and Page Titles reports are yielding data results for some admin user accounts but not all admin user accounts. For example, we’re searching for the same title or slug - with no variation - and while I get the desired results, others are seeing “There is no data for this report.”
Online research doesn’t offer any insight into this, and it doesn’t seem like this has been addressed within the Forum. Any perspective/guidance would be appreciated! Will also submit details via the support email address.
That sounds like it could be a permissions, data access, or reporting scope issue rather than a problem with the search itself. I’d compare the affected users’ roles, report filters, date ranges, and any account-level permissions to see if there’s a difference. If everything matches and only some admins can see the data, submitting it to support with screenshots and examples is the right next step.
One other thing worth checking is whether report archiving has completed successfully. We’ve seen cases where some users were viewing recently archived data while others were seeing live processed reports, which made the numbers appear inconsistent. It may also be worth testing with a brand new admin account to rule out an account-specific setting.
Sounds like an account-specific permissions or filtering issue. compare the affected users’ roles, permissions, and report filters with an account that gets results. Support should also be able to check the underlying report data for those accounts.
