Dashboard not loading in Matomo

I have Installed Matomo it was running properly, but after few days the dashboard do not load faster.
I have checked slow query log and fount the queries are talking lot of time to execute, and the connection is lost some time.

It gives below error in dashboard

Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your Matomo administrator for assistance.

Hi @Lukas,
I have already tried the above solution.
The problem is when ever I restart mysql server the reporting widget are loading faster.

Kindly help in optimizing the mysql server, as I can see lots of slow queries in logs
