Hi:
We have installed the latest piwik on a shared Windows Server. This server has the necessary versions of PHP and MySQL.
We have placed the needed javascript snippet in all our pages. The database contains lot of data, unfortunately nothing gets displayed when we login to check on the statistics.
I have looked at the other poster comments, nothing seem to match with the scenario what we are experiencing. I would appreciate any insights into what could be wrong as far as setup is concerned.
As mentioned earlier, the database tables are getting updated properly when we checked the contents of the database.
