Matomo dashboard content doesn´t show after I created a new measurable.
Instead I’m urged to install Matomo? - it seems to be another kind of dashboard with some standard messages.
I pretty much do a new measurable by copy and paste old ones.
While in the strangely looking “dashboard” I can switch to other measurables. And there the analytics are shown. Toggling back the standard messages are shown again?
Am I missing a standard setting or what is wrong=
We’ve seen this when setting up analytics for client sites as well. New measurables often show the install screen until data starts coming in. Double-check the site ID and tracking code, then refresh the cache once hits are recorded, the dashboard updates normally.
If your new measurable isn’t showing on the dashboard, try refreshing, clearing cache, and checking filters/permissions. If it’s still missing, it may be a bug—save again or contact support with details.
