Hi
Is it me or setting custom variables are very difficult to setup. I am trying to create custom variable to identify user subscription type {free, basic and premium}. I have properly set and configure the custom variable but am not able to see custom variable in visitor section and in settings also not variable is created.
Can anyone help with this or suggest any other method to set-up custom variables.
