Pretty much what the title says. I have a simple custom report that is set to show page URL as the dimension and visits as the metric. However, when I compare visits in the custom report to the visit numbers in the Visits Overview section, my visits total from the custom report matches Unique Pageviews rather than the visits numbers
There are no other filters set in the report and I am using the same segment for both. Any ideas why this is happening?
I’m new to Matomo and trying to create a report that shows the equivalent of sessions from GA. I thought maybe “entrances” might be the right metric, but for some reason it is not available in the custom report metrics drop down
