I am not sure what going on , My cron stop archiving , but when I run it from the console it works

What version of Piwik are you using? What version of PHP are you using? I had a similar situation until I upgraded my PHP to version PHP 5.6.16. Now the archive runs as a CRON job, but never sends out the email notification of having executed.
