I got a Piwik Account and ask myself why I cant see the button to create a segmentation? Do I have an old version?
I need the the red outlined button on the example.
I got there nothing…can you guys help me?

I don’t know which version you have, but it is not the latest one(the oreange box in the top right corner indicates that there is an update available).
Segmantation was adden in 1.12(see Piwik 1.12 - Analytics Platform - Matomo).
I would guess you are using 1.11 or a prior version.
