Count of downloads in Looker wrong

Hello,

I am trying to create a Looker Studio reporting on the amount of downloads on my website using the matomo Looker native connector

When I select Downloads as a source from Matomo and try to create a scorecard it only displays the amount of downloads of the first file and not the total of downloads that were done for a particular period of time

How can i procede ?

Hi Gary,

If you select the option to ‘Blend Data’ for your data source, then click save, does this allow the ‘Downloads’ metric to display the correct number for you?

Another option would be to load the report API > Main Metrics

From this report you can also select the ‘Downloads’ metric which should show the correct numbers in a score card.
