i have configured a regular mail (weekly) that shows me the performance of the campaigns from Matomo. There is a table with the total numbers and a bar graph - even though it’s the same campaign, i see two different numbers.

Does someone know why there is a difference ? Which is the correct no?
Does someone has the same problem ?

it would be interesting to know if you use the same segment.
Or if you use the Custom Report plugin you might have a filter option applied.
Is it the exact report window?
Maybe you miss one day…
Thanks for your answer. We don’t use segments, so we should have only one / zero.
Its just the mail report plugin and the same report window.
