Count difference, why ?

I really like the Matomo tool, but I have just compared it with another “Visitor Traffic Real Time” which I find less complete, but on the other hand it gives me different information in terms of counting visits.

this morning, I had 38 unique visits to “Tarffic…”, I can clearly see the different IPs and the pages viewed… Then I go to Matomo and there I have 8 visits… which is not at all representative of the other…

I would like to keep Matomo but I have the impression that I don’t have the right monitoring… Is this a configuration problem?
