While setting up Piwik on a Windows box I noticed that there is a slight error on the How to Set up Auto-Archiving of Your Reports - Analytics Platform - Matomo page.
It lists:
We want to start “'powershell.exe”’ using the additional arguments
–Noninteractive –Noprofile –Command “&{}”
(where is the full path to your archive.windows.ps1 script)
It should be:
–Noninteractive –Noprofile –Command “&{}”
It’s just a minor issue, and might trip up someone who isn’t experienced with PowerShell.
I didn’t think creating a Dev ticket was the right thing to do, so I thought I’d post it here, so someone who knows the process better could advise on the correct method for reporting this to the right person/people.
