Copy dashboard to a super user?

I have admin access and just created a new Dashboard, that i want to share with a superuser, but they are not shown in the list of users when i click Copy dashboard to user.
Is there any other way to get them this dashboard? Can they copy it themselves?

It should work fine to copy to a super user. If you’re not seeing the user in the list, this would be a bug.
