If I disable tracking cookies on the wordpress blog, but do not change the tracking code on non-wordpress html pages on the same site, will the plugin still track both?

I this case, tracking should continue to work, but…
- Users should be warned that cookie tracking are in use in the HTML pages (consent bust be asked)
- Not sure Matomo will be able to well identify users when they browse between wordpress and non-wordpress parts…
Am warning users of tracking cookies. That was not my question. Matomo does track the html pages. But if i enable cookieless tracking, the tracking code changes. Am wondering if both versions of the tracking code (with and w/o cookies) can be used at the same time on the same site.
