Cookie based SSO

Hi

My requirement is as a follows:

  1. User tries to access analytics website - webanalytics.dev.example.com
  2. Application checks for cookie to see if the user is already logged in; if not, user will be redirected to a central Login System.
  3. User logs in to this system and gets redirected to webanalytics.dev.example.com and central log in system will set a cookie.

Can someone guide me to right plug in available for piwik ? If no such plugin available, can some one guide me creating one.
