Content tracking data not showing in Matomo UI

Hi everyone.
I display some images in my react-native app and I would like to count how many times they are displayed. I’ve managed to send the data to my matomo server, but I can’t see the data in the Matomo UI.
Is there something missing in the data I send?

Hi @bu6n
You have to wait for reports to be generated (or data archived in Matomo words).
Check first in the visit log or in the real-time log if your content tracking appears or not…

I can see some logging in a visit I have done 2 weeks ago, but still no data in the report which I find weird. Could it be that there’s something else that’s wrong in the data I send?

Which version of Matomo do you run? I don’t recognize the icons of pageviews that are displayed in your screenshot…
Can you see other reports, like for example the Pages report, the Entry pages report or the Exit pages report?
Are you sure you selected the good date / segment when you display your report?
Do the content interaction have a name? (if not, then the report by name cannot be generated…)

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

It’s the latest Matomo version. The only thing I can think of, is that I’m sending the data from a mobile application, which per se doesn’t have a URL, that’s maybe why it doesn’t look like any other site.
Yes, I checked the dates and the contents have names.

What I also see, is that I transmit an “undefined” string as content action, could that be the problem? I want to express that the image has been loaded, so I thought there’s no need to put a “content action” in the request.

→ Is there any report in the Page Titles page?

About your tracking, it seems you missed the rec parameter, but I think there is no incidence on the tracking…

rec (required) — Required for tracking, must be set to one, eg, &rec=1
