Cohorts with no data

Hello everyone, unfortunately I can’t see any data within the cohorts report in any of the available timeframes. I see that the data is present correctly in the other reports. What could it be? I’m using Matomo On prem

I have already tried to reprocess the data but nothing happens; I still don’t see any data in the report. I’m starting to think it’s a configuration issue since this happens for all the sites in our installation (about 50).
