Requesting clarification. We’re using the plug-in Custom Reports for our instance of Matomo, I’ve created a report to count the visits to a particular page per "Local Time - Hour (Start of Visit). The question is does this count users that are already on the page, just people that are new to the page during that hour, or does it count both users already on the page and new users (if this does boy are some event coordinators going to be disappointed)?
The particular page I’m tracking is used for streaming live events so if the event starts at 1:30 and goes to 3:30 I need to know if I’m adding all the hours of the event or if I just need to look at the 1pm - 2pm hour.
