Check if its working

Hello
I’m starting my new website and just have installed the Piwik Analytics. How do I check if it’s working fine? Not the system check but if it’s tracking visitors?

Create a test page, insert the tracking code(generated by PIWIK), upload it to the server and access it in the browser. If your visit is counted its all working fine.

I put the code on the website (opencart) and when I go to my website it won’t show that I was there
