I have a problem with Matomo when I want to view the trend of my visitors in the overview.
When I select a period of 1 month i get to see a graph over a period of 24 month. Do I select a period for 1 year I get no graph but an error message “Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your Matomo administrator for assistance.”
I think that the problem is that matomo still wants build the graph but then over 24 years because the row number is default set on 24. With 5,500 visitors in 1 year it shouldn’t be such a problem to generate the graph.
Is there a possibility to change the default 24 rows in the visitor overview graph?
I am using the latest version of Matomo 4.0.3.
