Can't load data after login

Hi;
I installed the piwik in my website successfully, but after login piwik doen’t run and “Load data” is just seen. My website is in a free server & I am not an expert to manage it. Please help…

I’ve only seen that problem with Konqueror.

  • Do you have a URL to share?
  • What browser are you using?

yes I have a free URL.
I used ie 6 sp2, opera 9.63 & firefox 3 but the result was the same for all.
