Can't get software to work

Follow instruction on setting up database and getting in
contact with hosting company to ensure mu server met all requirements.

After install software in binary mode and ftp it to server I am getting nothing.

It show up as a blank screen.

Your version of PHP is too old (X-Powered-By PHP/5.2.17) - please update to at least PHP 5.3.3.

Hi there,

I’m also getting blank screen. I used binary mode to transfer the files but nothing. It was still working with 2.0, but when I updated to 2.0.2 the blank screen appeared.

My server specs:

PHP Version 5.3.3
MySQL 5.0.95

When you get blank screen error, please check your server error log files, as they may contain an error message?

Hi Matt,

I have to ask those from the service provider, since this is a shared host. I’ll get back to this when I find out the possible error messages.
