I just installed the most current download available. Everything appears to track properly.
When I tried to add a goal and hit save, the page scrolls to the top. Nothing else. No error message. Nothing.
I have no new goal. Any help would be great.

The most common reason people are reporting this issue is that they have some software like mod_security running on their webserver that blocks requests based on some rules and one of the blocked requests is the one saving goals.

Yes,
Fix your webserver configuration so that it does not block the request to save the goal.
You can look at the error log for a start, but I honestly can’t help too much as I don’t know apache at all.
