Hello Matomo Community,

I am encountering an issue with Matomo kubernetes instance running in a Bitnami docker image. I can’t activate the plugins I have installed, the following error comes up.

Same for me, using the Matomo Bitnami Helm Chart (that uses the Bitnami docker image).

After upgrading from Matomo 4 to 5 it’s become EXTREMELY slow. Also, upgrading from inside the web ui gives this error message.

I ended up reinstalling the entire helm chart. Since I use an external MariaDB, everything (except plugins) was basically restored to what I had. Upping resourcePreset to medium it seems to be a lot faster (but still not that fast) than before.

post the reinstall, do you still face the installation error? I didnt have any issue with slowness
