Can't access to Matomo Cloud

Hello everyone,

I’ve got an issue to log in on Matomo.
Since some minutes, I can’t access to Matomo.

And, I decided to log out on Matomo but now on Looker Studio, I try to log in with the connector because I logged out but it doesn’t works, and my data are not here .

I’m trying to create a token for Looker studio also but I can’t due to the issue.

Do you know what could be the issue please ?

I’m currently receiving the same issue on my Matomo Cloud instance, noticed it approximately 1 hour ago and it’s still causing issues.

Now it’s back and is showing data. I wonder what happened :slight_smile:

Indeed, for me too, it seems to be back to normal :slight_smile:

I don’t know what’s happened on the server but it was quite short :pray:
