I am trying to install matomo for a POC on windows 10 with wampstack-8.0.3-2.
I placed matomo folder in root. I accessed index page with following URL : localhost/matomo.
When I click button labeled “Next”, I am getting following error: Matomo encountered an error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded (which lead to: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘’@‘localhost’ (using password: NO)) while installation system check. please help me

Are you sure the MySQL details you entered are correct and allow Matomo to connect to a MySQL database?
Access denied for user ‘’@‘localhost’ sounds like if the username is missing.
