Cannot disable email reports

I am unable to disable email reports. According to this support page, reports should have an “unsubscribe” link in the email footer, however mine show nothing but a Matomo ad:

None of the half-dozen daily reports I set up (admittedly long ago) appears under Personal > Email Reports:

Might this signify database corruption during an upgrade? My Matomo diagnostics indicate no problems.

How can I disable these reports? Should I directly poke the database in search of a reports schedule? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Maybe you created these reports under another Matomo account…
The best could be to have a look directly in the database.
