Cannot connect to the database:

Hi,
I am suddenly getting this error:

Mysqli statement execute error : Malformed communication packet

I have not changed anything in Matomo and the error started appearing all of a sudden. Can anyone please help me with this error?

Hi,

That error message comes from the communication between the PHP mysql module and the MySQL server. Make sure both are up to date as this might be a compatibility issue:
