Can we get response time of a transaction through Piwik tool?

Hi,

We are using Peoplesoft application in our organization. At times we are in the position to provide the response time of a transation done by an user in our peoplesoft application. So I am looking for an effective tool which can monitor our peoplesoft application and provide the response time of a transaction done by a user.

Is this possible in Piwik tool? Please let me know.
