We need to heavily customize the visitor log to fit our business requirement. E.g. add more columns and add more context info specific to our application. Is there a way to do it?

do you mind posting a screenshot showing how you would like to customise the visitor log?
It may be possible but likely we would need to improve Piwik core as well.
