Can not acces Piwik - Error Message

Hi, I hope someone can help me to fix this issue i have. Since a view days I can not acces our Piwik installation. When I try to Piwik gives an error message. I have try to update the installation via the hosting provider but it gives an error to. The hosting provider says the error is caused by Piwik itself.

Can someone help me to fix this without losing all our data? See attachment for details.

Can you try upload all files from 2.14.2 again?

Thank you for your answer. Where can I find those files? Do I have to upload only the files via FTP or do I have to install the previous version of Piwik?

Instead try upgrade to 2.14.3
