Can be User flow premium plugin captured as report inside PIWIK?

Could you explain in more details what you want to achieve? what do you mean by “captured”?
When visitor visits websites it is tracked by Piwik as a usual way. User flow premium plugin allows also visual path. I like this but need to store user flow into variables using server side languages.
