Hi,

Since the end of January I’ve noticed that certain campaign URL’s are no longer showing in Campaigns under Acquisition.

Before we saw them without any problem.

But from the last week of January tracking for these Google Ads campaign, but also Meta & Mailchimp, is no longer visible in this summary.

Has anything changed within Matomo regarding campaign URL’s?

Can you check:

  • The page is still tracked
  • The full tracking request sent to Matomo server while visiting this page (as first page of the visit)
  • If you see this request in the Apache log
  • If you see the page and visit in Matomo visits log. Do you see the campaign?
