Campaign source/medium/placements etc not recording data

Hey!

We recently (last week) purchased the Premium Features. Since installing Matomo we have had an issue with no data for the source or medium showing up in the Acquisition → Campaigns area.

Example of a source/medium from an email send.

We have also tried this with the mtm_source=mailchimp & mtm_medium=email with no success.

Would appreciate any ideas surrounding how to fix this!

Thanks for the reply. The answer gave me enough ideas to figure out the issue. Our import of data from Google had included some exclude parameters!
