Hi, I have signed up to the Business Plan of the Cloud Platform, and when I try to add session recordings - which was working fine in the free trial version, it now says:
“Session Recording” is not available in your plan
Session Recordings lets you record all clicks, mouse movements, scrolls and form interactions of a visitor so you can replay them in a video. See exactly what your visitors did on your website to truly understand them. Find out where they have problems or get confused to improve usability and conversions.
To use this feature, please upgrade your plan.
Any ideas on how this can be resolved?
The Business Plan I believe does offer this.
