I found a small bug in the settings:
If you go to Settings -> Users and choose “Apply to all websites” the links at the top right (Dashboard, All Websites …) don’t work anymore. Same for “Database usage”.
The reason is that the drop down sets the “idSite” query parameter to “all” which doesn’t seem to be supported by any other page.
