Hello,
I found some broken links at the Docs › Piwik Tracking API page, more specifically: PiwikTracker.php download and API documentation for the PiwikTracker class.

Just wanted to let you know.

Meanwhile, before those links are fixed, where can I download the PiwikTracker PHP class?

The class has been moved to a different folder. You can now find it in you normal Piwik directory under libs/PiwikTracker/PiwikTracker.php
