Bounce rate in GA (81,21%) is much higher than MTM rate (43%)

Matomo misures the bounce rate differently than Google Analytics. MTM counts the bounce rate by users coming on the website and visit only one page and leave the website. When GA counts the people who spent 0 second on the website before leaving. I’m still looking for more explanations about it

What is considered to be a good bounce rate in Matomo, to benchmark it with the bounce rate of our own website?

It looks strange to me…our bounce rate has always been around 70-80%, never as low as 43%…?
