Bounce increased to 100% across all of my sites

Hi,
One our matomo install, last week all of the websites went to 100% bounce rate. Each site, from small sites with 10 visits per day, through to sites getting 250 visits per day now have 100% bounce rate.

Any idea what could be causing it?
