Blank Page after upgrading to 3.5.0

Although the upgrading process showed no errors and proceeded successfully I got a blank page after returning back to my motamo.
The same happens if I try to log in from another device and browser.
How can I fix this bug?

You can check the php_error log to find out what is going wrong.

But chances are high you are having the same error as: (solution is in the post)

Thanks, that worked. But now I lost all mit Geo Information towards Region and City.
It was mentioned, that motamo 3.5.0 comes with an own GeoIP2 similar plugin. How can I activate this, to get the lost information back?

I can not add widgets that show region or city - not even the preview is working.

I get this Message:

Maybe try reuploading the GeoIp2 directory included in latest download: http://builds.matomo.org/matomo-latest.tar.gz

Checking System Integrity failed. I first had to replayce the GeolocationDiagnostic.php by the file out of the previous version to get this run.
Obviously there is a bug in GeolocationDiagnostic.php of motamo 3.5.0

After reinstalling Geoip2 as @SteveG advised, the problem with GeolocationDiagnostic.php is obsolete. - sry
