Automatically store form fill and track PPC

I have installed Piwik and using it from couple of months, its the best tool I had ever used. but i am looking for few features like:-

  1. Store Form Fills with auto formfill alert (not via goal)
  2. Tracking conversions for PPC ads
  3. labeling leads etc. and filter to export to excel

please if anybody are able to fetch these features ?

I have a contact form and It gets save in a database, but I also want PIWIK to store the same. and show me the data in the in the visit section
